Turkey’s Data Center Vision Was Discussed at the JENDER Board of Directors Meeting with the Participation of the Director General of Industry of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology
The JENDER Board of Directors Meeting, hosted by Teksan, was held with the participation of Prof. Dr. Ä°lker Murat Ar, Director General of Industry at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology.
During the meeting, Türkiye’s most comprehensive and detailed 250-page Data Center Master Plan report was presented.
The following key topics were discussed:
- Establishment of a National Data Center Platform
- Strategic positioning of Türkiye within the global Data Center ecosystem, which is projected to reach a size of USD 1 trillion by 2035
- Strengthening uninterrupted, secure, and sustainable energy infrastructure in data centers
- Global competitiveness strategies and investment roadmap for the Turkish generator and power systems industry

Information was provided regarding the 2nd Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of JENDER, to be held on March 26, 2026, in Istanbul, and the International Uninterruptible Power Systems & Data Center Summit, to be organized with the support of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology.
